Kewajiban
• Mapping out, designing and conducting training development programs
• Planning, organizing and executing employee engagement activities e.g. company events/activities, core value, corporate social responsibility, etc., from concept to finish in accordance with the preference of the company
• Collaborating with department heads and management on programs that will maximize employee development, engagement and satisfaction
• Conducting and analysing employee feedback, survey results and other forms of training needs and employee satisfaction measurements; and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
• Ensuring details are handled as planned
• Supporting talent management & development
• Performing other administrative duties as may be assigned or requested from time to time
Kualifikasi
• A Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resources, Psychology Administration or equivalent
• Minimum of 5-6 years of HR & Training experience
• Minimum of 2 years of Employee Engagement and Event Organization experience.
• Well-versed in Training Design and Training Needs Analysis
• Intermediate/advanced Excel, PowerPoint, MS capability
• Outgoing personality, highly energetic, enthusiastic.
• Charismatic, strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal with diverse types of people.
• Self-motivated, creative, self-starter
• Strong planning, organizational and leadership skills
