Kewajiban
• Managing and operating the daily activities of the accounting department.
• Managing and operating the reporting process through the POS System.
• Understanding the operation of the accounting functions within the restaurant.
• Monitoring and analyzing accounting data to generate accurate financial reports and statements.
• Processing the monthly, quarterly and yearly closing with the report.
• Improving systems and procedures while proactively initiating corrective actions.
• Establishing and maintaining comprehensive fiscal files and records to document transactions.
• Preparing accounting data and financial reports, including P&L, or statements.
• Collating, preparing, and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries, and financial statements.
• Exercising control over income, cash flow, and expenditure, while effectively managing budgets.
• Developing and managing financial systems and models.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting Business Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Finance and Accounting Management, preferably within the Restaurant Business.
• Proficient in financial and accounting, financial analysis, cost control, cash management, reporting, and other related experiences.
• Strong technical knowledge in Accounting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, can-do attitude, and flexible, report and analytical skills.
• Demonstrates a proactive and detail-oriented approach with exceptional multitasking abilities.
• Possesses outstanding time management skill with a keen focus on detail and accuracy.
• Japanese Language is a plus.
• Holding a CPD or CPA license is advantageous, showcasing advanced expertise in accounting.
