The Freight Forwarding Operations Manager is responsible for assisting in the management of the department, formulating operating procedures, maintaining supplier relationships, and handling operational issues.

Kewajiban

• Assist superiors in managing various tasks of the department, and be responsible for assisting superiors to improve the establishment of the operation team; known CW1 system.
• Responsible for the formulation of department-wide operating procedures, guidance during the implementation process, and supervision of the execution during the operation process;
• Maintain and coordinate supplier relationships, including transportation companies, terminal companies, and shipping companies, to achieve the goal of good cooperative relationships;
• Handle the handover link in the freight process, and be responsible for coordinating with suppliers and customers on time to deal with problems that arise during the operation. Various random emergencies;
• Complete other matters assigned by company leaders.

Kualifikasi

• CW1 system preferred, checking monthly job and close each job.
• More than 10 years of work experience in the freight forwarding logistics industry, and management experience in leading a group over 10 people;
• Familiar with freight forwarding logistics operation procedures and daily maintenance specifications;
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability.
• Required skills: Logistics distribution, freight forwarding, cross-border e-commerce, e-commerce, logistics management, customs clearance, import and export operations.
