Kewajiban
• Perform the materials shortage impact analysis
• Monitoring and escalate material shortage problems
• Coordinate concerns parties, send reminders to them if necessary
• Contribute to the monitoring and alert internal customers whenever necessary
• To be leader or team support of problem solving, projects
• Escalation for the critical items/issues
• Coordinate with key user for material design change to understand specifications required and consequence
• Escalation the Master data and feedback to Engineering/Sourcing to maintain the system to accurate
• Support cross functional activities to fulfil company goal
• Support & drive continuous improvements of department processes
• Follow strictly the company standard & requirement
• Implement company standard (Safety, 5S+1, HR, QRQC, Lean, AS9100
Kualifikasi
• Completed education of not below Bachelor Degree
• Be capable of communicating with an English speaking
• Be familiar with the content of suppliers' contracts Skills
• Good communication skills (clearly and concisely)
• Good in negotiation skill
• Teamwork, Cross-functional work experience
• Minimum 3 years experience in Supply chain (Procurement, Sourcing, Planning)
• Engineering and manufacturing background will be an advantage
• Able to understand material drawing is required
• Software skills, ERP, MS office especially excel (Pivot Table, Charts,...)
• Be able to identify the right person to speak to
• Escalate issues in a timely manner and at the right level
• Take decisions and get decisions made
• 5S+1 experience is strong required
• Lean manufacturing experience will be an advantage
• Knowledge in AS9001/ISO9001/ISO14000 will be an advantage
