The Regional Sales Manager in Thailand is responsible for driving business growth by engaging with key clients, setting sales targets, and managing a regional sales team while ensuring customer satisfaction and effective resource integration.

Kewajiban

岗位职责:
• 识别并接触关键战略客户,建立和维护长期合作关系,推动业务增长。

Kualifikasi

任职要求:
• 本科及以上学历,至少5年以上在大厂(如中兴、华为、思科、Aruba、惠普等)的销售管理经验。
• 精通销售策略:能够灵活运用各种销售策略,针对不同客户制定有效的销售方案。
• 出色的团队管理能力:擅长领导团队,激发团队成员的潜力,推动团队高效运作。
• 良好的沟通能力:能够与客户、合作伙伴以及团队成员建立良好的沟通渠道,确保信息的准确传递。
• 敏锐的市场洞察力:能够准确把握市场趋势和客户需求,为公司的战略决策提供有力支持。
