- Provide strong educational leadership and direction for the department, ensuring alignment with the school's overall vision and mission.
- Oversee the curriculum development and implementation for Grades 6-12, ensuring it meets the highest academic standards and caters to the diverse needs of our students.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of highly qualified and dedicated secondary teachers.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive learning environment within the department, promoting professional development and open communication among teachers.
- Manage and evaluate the department's budget effectively, allocating resources to optimize student learning.
- Collaborate with the Headmaster and other senior leaders to develop and implement school-wide policies and initiatives.
- Represent the Secondary Department at school events and functions, building strong relationships with parents, students, and the wider community.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English is essential. Mandarin Chinese and Thai language proficiency are a plus.
