The Maintenance Technician Supervisor at Bosch Automotive (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is responsible for overseeing planned and predictive maintenance, ensuring minimal machine breakdowns, and contributing to the overall efficiency and safety of the manufacturing process.
Kewajiban
• Planned maintenance and predictive maintenance.
• Eliminate unplanned machine breakdown (Repair, analysis root cause and sustainable countermeasure).
• Prepare appropriate machine spare parts to avoid long time machine breakdown and support total productive maintenance plan.
• Work with related function to follow up, update and closed Open problem list.
• Record, analysis, daily tracking Main KPIs of %Technical loses, Mean Time Between Failures, Mean Time To Repair and Maintenance cost to achieve Business Plan Target.
• 5S and Safety work.
• Contribution of ISO14001 and ISO45001 target.
• Create work instruction, Total Productive Maintenance plan and predictive maintenance plan.
• Prepare Total Productive Maintenance plan and spare part for new machines.
• Total Productive Maintenance Window for TMC8 Assembly line.
Kualifikasi
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical.
• Knowledge of Electrical, PLC program, HMI and software.
• Problems solving skills.
• Strong leadership.
• Special Skill in Servo motor and robot system of machine.
• Able to communicate in English.
