The Operations Planning Manager (Agricultural) is responsible for managing business operations and overseeing operational processes and relationships with OEMs, suppliers, and other key stakeholders to support new project development in the Agricultural business.
Kewajiban
• Lead and monitor the order-to-delivery processes of completed goods.
• Develop and manage operational workflows and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
• Conduct regular reviews of overall operational processes, aligning them with future business plans and exploring possibilities for improvement.
• Manage credit lines and collateral for sub-dealers in alignment with annual business targets and company policies.
• Oversee all credit risk requirements, ensuring the fulfillment of bank guarantees, trade credit insurance, and wholesale insurance renewal schedules.
• Monitor OEM pricing policies and work with the management team to establish and review pricing as necessary.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with financial service providers to explore financing options and resolve leasing-related issues.
• Set up and maintain OEM, sub-dealer, and vendor accounts, while developing and sustaining relationships with them.
• Ensure the effectiveness and compliance of contracts with laws and regulations, including dealer agreements and agreements with OEMs and vendors.
• Centralize system access, ensuring it is updated and assigned according to the identified segregation of duties.
• Collaborate with the financial controller for improved cash flow planning and to minimize foreign exchange rate losses.
• Work closely with the management team to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions are executed in accordance with regulatory best practices.
• Participate in new project development to expand business opportunities and revenue.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales & Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or equivalent fields.
• At least 15 years of experience in finance or operations, preferably in the automotive or agricultural industries.
• Proven track record of operational excellence and results orientation.
• Proven history of developing and executing business strategies.
• High level of emotional intelligence to develop and maintain large-scale customer
