This role mainly focuses on support AP team performing day-to-day transaction, preparing payment voucher and VAT document.

Kewajiban

Key responsibilities:
• Prepare a summary of the payments and enter the data in AP module.
• Records the account payables and the related transactions i.e. VAT from the invoice in the accounting system.
• Prepare and verify withholding tax and Tax invoice.
• Prepare the Withholding tax and VAT report.
• Responsible for the assignment in AP function.

Kualifikasi

Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in accounting (preferred but not required).
• Experience from work in AP function minimum 6 months 1 year.
• Service mind, proactive, team-player and continuous learning.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Offices Program especially Excel.
