The Senior Human Resources Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing the employee life cycle, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. They will also partner with department managers to address staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
Kewajiban
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements.
• Manage the full employee life cycle, from onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
• Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Partner with department managers to address staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Maintain HR records and data, and prepare reports for management as needed.
• Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in HR and recommend changes or improvements as needed.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years' progressive experience in HR roles, with a focus on Compensation & Benefits and Employee Engagement.
• Experience with compensation benchmarking surveys and data analysis and proven ability to develop and implement employee engagement strategies and initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems, MS Excel and Google Workspace.
