RISE is seeking a Program Manager to lead corporate innovation and people transformation programs, ensuring clients' innovation capabilities are enhanced. The role involves implementing new programs, collaborating with clients, managing a team, and providing thought leadership.

Kewajiban

• Program implementation: Implement new corporate innovation programs, develop strategies for transformative results.
• Client Partnership: Collaborate with clients to analyze gaps, provide recommendations for program effectiveness.
• Post-sale journey: Lead project requirements, problem statements, and solution design.
• Lead innovation centric courses and intrapreneurship programs.
• Manage and grow a team running corporate innovation programs.
• Ensure well-executed programs with best outcomes, provide innovation or business suggestions.
• Provide thought leadership, build executive level relationships with clients.
• Gather feedback, analyze data to identify best practices.
• Sync with BD, PM, and Planner for timely client involvement and smooth project execution.

Kualifikasi

• 4+ years experience in Management Consulting, Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing roles.
• Knowledge of corporate innovation content such as design thinking, business model canvas, lean startup.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai.
• Experience managing and inspiring team members.
• Experience in academy, events management, networking is a plus.
• Experience in technology, startup, or innovation industry is a plus.
