The Program Director at RISE is in charge of driving business innovation projects and ensuring their successful execution, reporting directly to the COO. You will be in charge of creating and implementing innovative programs, also work with clients to identify gaps, risks, and recommendations in order to achieve 10x results. This is an excellent opportunity to lead new initiatives, build and develop teams, and contribute to RISE's growth and success.
Kewajiban
• Program management: to implement new corporate innovation programs, considering clients' objectives, backgrounds, and desired outcomes. Develop innovative learning strategies and approaches to drive transformative results for our clients.
• Client Partnerships: Collaborate closely with clients to identify program gaps, risks, and opportunities. Provide recommendations from both the business and the innovation perspectives to maximize program effectiveness.
• Team Management: Develop, recruit, and coach a team members. Provide them with guidance, support, and mentorship for their success. Drive the team's goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with overall company OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
• Cost Management: Budget monitoring and management for the program Identify opportunities for improvement and design strategies to improve program profitability while maintaining high quality standards.
Kualifikasi
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in business transformation, digital transformation, learning & development, or open innovation. Strong knowledge of corporate innovation content, such as design thinking, business model canvas, lean startup, etc.
• Proven experience in managing and inspiring team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Comfortable interacting at various levels of an organization, including senior management, from small startups to large corporations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines, demonstrating excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
