RISE is looking for a Learning Designer - Corporate Innovation Planner to join their team. The role involves developing innovation and people transformation plans for clients.

Kewajiban

• Innovation Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailor-made innovation strategies.
• People and Business Transformation: Create plans to drive people and business transformation.
• Client Engagement: Analyze customer insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
• New Business Solutions: Develop new solutions to improve RISE's products and services.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work with teams to align programs and content for clients.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum of 2 years experience in strategic planning or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related fields.
• Logical and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Ability to create impressive presentations.
