Rieckermann is seeking a Business Development Manager to focus on Bioenergy, Bio-Chemicals, Waste to Energy concepts, and Green Technologies. The role involves analyzing market potential, developing strategies, and building strong customer relationships.
Kewajiban
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential and trends, identify potential customers and competitors.
• Keep constantly updated on relevant technology knowledge, trends, and best practices while analyzing potential customer needs, challenges, interests, threats, and industry trends.
• Develop comprehensive market strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives. This involves setting clear goals and defining target markets.
• Analyze customer investments, assist customer in economic feasibility studies and business cases.
• Being visible in the market and identify, cultivate, and close business opportunities, drive growth and technology solutions.
• Select and participate in local fairs, seminars, conferences and attend local and international company events.
• Develop value propositions, conduct presentations and demos, proof of concepts and any other related demonstrations as relevant to sales.
• Regular update of CRM system.
• Make contact and promote good relationships with knowledge carriers, key customers, and decision makers.
• Build and maintain strong and sustainable relationships with customers by emphasizing the company’s comprehensive industrial solutions.
• Provide excellent service to customers by giving undivided attention and focus on meeting their needs.
• Find solutions to customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Anticipate questions, concerns and future issues and provide solutions that will consistently result in repeated business, word of mouth referrals and increased sales.
• Represent Rieckermann to the public, key stakeholders, and partners to ensure a good reputation.
• Build close relationships with the responsible personnel of relevant suppliers.
• Work closely with product teams to ensure that offers meet customers’ demands and are effectively positioned in the market. This includes gathering customer feedback, and refining product features.
• Attend product trainings and partner meetings.
