The HR Service Desk Specialist at Rhenus will be responsible for supporting and optimizing the HR system, Workday, through administrative tasks, project coordination, and stakeholder communication.

Kewajiban

• System Support: Administer daily operations in Workday, including user profile maintenance, system access management, and handling system updates.
• Issue Resolution: Provide frontline support for system issues, resolving problems, investigating unexpected results, and addressing process flaws in collaboration with international HR colleagues.
• Data Integrity and Documentation: Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy, assist with data uploads into Workday, and maintain documentation such as business process workflows and user guides.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate reports and perform data analysis tasks within the Workday to support HR decision-making and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaboration and Training: Work with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades and support the development of user procedures, training materials and knowledge databases for employees.
• Project Coordination and Stakeholder Communication: Lead HR system enhancement projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure timely delivery.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, IT, English, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in HR, Service Desk, Shared Services, or a similar role.
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday, SAP HR, SuccessFactors, etc.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in project coordination.
• Flexibility with working hours, including availability for evening shifts (when required).
• Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Team player who enjoys working in an international team and environment.
