The Business Intelligence Developer at Rhenus Group will lead and coordinate activities related to Power BI development and other reporting tools on a global scale. The role involves developing and updating BI reports, communicating with global stakeholders, and improving corporate decision-making through strategic data management and analysis.

Kewajiban

• Design and develop automated reports and dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools.
• Understand business requirements from global stakeholders to set functional specifications for reporting applications.
• Create and maintain dashboards and visual reports in Power BI.
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data presented in the dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Design and map data models to transform raw data into insightful information.
• Train end-users on effective use of dashboards and reports.
• Make necessary tactical and technological adjustments to enhance current business intelligence systems.
• Troubleshoot data-related issues and maintain the Power BI infrastructure.
• Integrate, alter, and connect to data sources for comprehensive business intelligence.

Kualifikasi

• Over 5 years of extensive experience in Power BI development and data analysis.
• Strong analytical thinking skills for converting data into visual reports.
• Proficiency in quickly comprehending existing reports and dashboards and creating new ones as needed.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of database management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels globally.
• Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Awareness of BI technologies (e.g., Oracle BI, Microsoft Power BI).
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required.
