Kewajiban
• On-site inspection of service stores in the region must be with Company's standard policy
• Drive operational efficiencies throughout the area and company by sharing best practices
• Guidance of service store operation and management
• Analysis and communication monthly meeting report with service shop
• Management, assistance and guidance of special events handling in the region
• Develop and improvement of customer satisfaction in service shop
• Knowledge TQC (Total Quality Control) improvement of the service shop
• Educate proposal liaisons on how to develop quality proposals by delivering initial on-boarding training and maintaining a monthly on-going training agenda
• Coach and train internal and external clients on new processes and best practices
• Willingness to travel and work on a flexible schedule, according to activity volume
• Audit and aspect dealer with CI
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Electric, Technical
• 5-8 years of Regional service or similar experience is required
• Strong knowledge of automotive business
• English communication level
