The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager (FP&A Manager) is responsible for providing financial support, analyzing business challenges, and collaborating with various teams to enhance financial performance and reporting.
Kewajiban
• Provide FP&A finance support to the accounting teams related to productivity, demand planning, reporting, and metrics in a timely manner.
• Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions.
• Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Partner directly with the finance team and central FP&A groups to collaborate on metrics, goals, and business reviews.
• Dive deeply into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights.
• Work on corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organization.
• Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
• Serve as a liaison for the investor relations team, managing the earnings guidance scenario modeling, including executive presentation, Q&A support, and ad hoc analysis.
• Continuously improve the quality, timelines, and accuracy of management information and financial data.
• Collaboration with other departments to enhance performance.
• Producing high – quality plans and forecast.
• Monitor actual business and financial performance against key targets and raise management issues and suggested solutions to top executive.
Kualifikasi
• A Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field are required.
• A strong analytical toolkit that makes use of business intelligence and reporting software.
• Capability to multitask and adapt to a constantly changing, quick environment.
• Outstanding communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
• Capability to lead projects throughout an organization.
• Able to solve complex problems.
• Advanced computer program skills, such as the ability to write macros in Excel and other financial packages.
• Professional qualifications such as CA or CPA or CFA.
