Response for operation skill development, ensure the smooth and effective functioning of training events and special projects. Also enhance the competencies of individual employees by designing and conducting training programs that will boost employee’s workplace performance in alliance with company’s desire. Another role, is managing, designing, developing, coordinating, and conducting large- or small-scale training programs. As well there will be responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing, and delivering curriculum and learning materials and for managing all phases of training interventions.
Kewajiban
• Lead implementation of an internal team “learning strategy” to support continual growth and improvement with the internal team.
• Ensure succession and development plans are up to date for key roles.
• Identify and support other areas of team development and growth by compiling training needs and suggesting trainings that contribute to our efforts to build a culture of growth, creativity, excellence, and impact.
• Contribute to our efforts to build a culture of growth, creativity, excellence, and impact.
• Promoting quality and safety cultures of the operation team.
• Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
• Prepares and maintains reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of the People Development department.
• Work closely with departments and assisting to implement policies and procedures.
• Maintain all the files and records accordingly.
• Participates on various committees to provide Production support and to monitor activities and completion of goals.
• Assisting in the events of the company.
• Assumes other duties as assigned by the Production Manager.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor in Management/Computer science/Information/Technology/Human Resource with minimum 1 year in experience in operation environment is prefer.
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office application.
• Experience in leveraging technology to improve HR and people development activities.
• Training and facilitation experience.
• Minimum of one year of professional HR and people development experience.
• Experience in leveraging technology to improve HR and people development activities.

• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office application.
• SAP Knowledge/SAP Experience would be advantage.
• Effective written communication skill including the ability to prepare reports, proposals, policies and procedures.
