As a Key Account Manager - OTC, you will support the OTC Sales Team by analyzing sales and shopper data across the customer portfolio, ensuring consistency in reporting, and tracking results to prioritize and shape category growth.
Kewajiban
• Responsible for achieving strategic objectives per customer - i.e. NR, Gross Margin, Trade Spend and 4P
• Responsible for building long term partnership with the assigned customer
• Responsible for the pricing and promotional strategy per customer, and pricing/ promotional execution (including trade budget management, range and space optimisation)
• Responsible for managing customer negotiations in relation to Reckitt's commercial strategy and the customer trading terms
• Responsible for the implementation and ongoing management of the category strategy per customer via trade marketing
• Responsible for developing customer new product launch plans and ensuring successful implementation
• Responsible for the continuous improvement in the management of the account by identifying opportunities for efficiency and profitability and overall improvement in the management of categories
• Responsible for the growth of net revenue and management of gross margin by customer
• Effectively managing and driving Reckitt’s presence in highly competitive categories
Kualifikasi
• Minimum 4-5 years experience in Key Account Management, preferably from OTC channel with background in managing Drug Store, Watsons or Boots
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business related field
• Experience of influencing and engaging senior management in own and customer organizations
• Additional functional experience, preferably in Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing and/or Finance is an advantage
• Highly analytical and numerate
• Good communication skill for both Thai and English
