The Continuous Improvement Assistant Manager is responsible for maintaining and improving production processes to meet safety, cost, quality, and delivery targets while leading problem-solving activities and managing productivity projects.

Kewajiban

• To maintain and improve production process to achieve safety, cost, quality and delivery targets
• To maintain and improve process efficiency and quality standard of production line
• To build, monitor and control standards operating condition in accordance with company’s indicators
• To improve process to increase efficiency and productivities
• To establish and maintain process FMEA, process flow
• To lead the decision o equipment design and make strong contributes to sourcing decisions based on quality, cost, ergonomics, and lean manufacturing approach to define specifications and release criteria
• To lead problem-solving activities on assigned processes
• To manage productivity project per assignment

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• At least 3 years of experience in project management and improvement process
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent technical and problem solving skill
