Reporting to the Regional Business Development Lead, you’ll have the accountability to drive the customer strategy for key global business customer and as a key role in the Sales team, you will oversee the achievement of customer and channel plan.

Kewajiban

• Develop and manage customer relationship with all counterparts; contribute to customer strategy ensuring RB business objectives are achieved.
• Achieve / exceed all key sales measures and target for the account (NR, GM, COP and Marketing Investment).
• Work in close partnership with brand and trade marketing to ensure development and implementation of category strategy and best in class execution.
• Partner with Demand Planning to ensure Customer Service levels and met / exceeded.
• Managing customer negotiations in relation to RB commercial strategy and customers trading agreements, ensuring process and procedures are in place to ensure compliance to such agreements.
• Overall Continuous improvement - identifying opportunities for efficiency and profitability and overall improvement in the management of categories.

Kualifikasi

• Educated Bachelor Degree level in a commercial subject.
• Experience with a blue-chip fast-moving consumer goods company of at least 3 years proven track record / Sales Experience with key international or local businesses or retailers.
• Additional functional experience, preferably in Marketing, Trade Marketing and/or Finance is an advantage.
• Experience of influencing and engaging in customer organizations.
• Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating.
• Agile and able to excel when surrounded by ambiguity and change.
• Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills capable of building strong working relationships and influencing and customers and internal teams.
• Strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities.
• Analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation.
