As a Category Head - Premium Nutrition at Reckitt, you will lead brand strategies that resonate with a diverse audience, driving extraordinary growth and innovation in a large product category. Your strategic thinking and creativity will inspire a skilled team to deliver excellence in consumer health marketing.
In summary, you'll:
• Champion the execution of strategic and creative marketing plans that drive category growth and market share capture.
• Inspire and oversee a team of marketing professionals, fostering innovation and excellence in all we do.
• Harness market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to steer brand strategies that engage and captivate.
• Manage the category marketing budget wisely for maximum impact and return on investment.
• Analyse key performance metrics to refine marketing approaches and enhance decision-making.
• Build and maintain partnerships that amplify our impact and extend our market reach.
The experience we're looking for:
• Proven track record of marketing leadership, with a skill for managing multiple brands and nurturing high-performing teams.
• Marketing management experience, notably within a large product category.
• Expertise in developing compelling brand and category strategies that connect with consumers.
• Strong analytical mind, able to extract meaningful insights from complex data.
• Excelling in a fast-paced environment, adept at juggling multiple projects with grace.
• If you have a background in Nutrition, OTC, or experience with the Health Care Professionals' landscape, it's a big plus.
