The Senior Sales Advisor (English & Chinese Speaking) is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building relationships, and achieving sales targets in a luxury jewelry retail environment.

Kewajiban

• Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention.
• Understand and assess customer needs by leveraging storytelling and engaging in a personalized sales approach to capture their interest and preferences.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets for the assigned store.
• Stay informed about the product range and effectively discuss available options with customers.
• Ensure inventory accuracy by complying with inventory control and procedural standards.
• Manage basic store operations to a high standard and educate team members to maintain a high level of customer service.
• Maintain the brand's high standards through impeccable store presentation and a professional appearance, grooming, and cleanliness.

Kualifikasi

• Proven 2-3 years of experience as a Sales Advisor in a luxury jewelry brand with excellent customer service.
• Proficiency in English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. (Chinese would be advantageous)
• Passionate about storytelling and creating memorable customer experiences.
• Ability to mentor and train team members to achieve high service standards.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus.
• Excellent grooming and professional appearance aligned with the brand’s image.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner.
• Availability to work during retail operation hours, flexible shifts, and weekends.
