• Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies and initiatives to promote the brand’s image, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and positioning.
• Implement strategies and execute all marketing campaigns and events, ensuring internal and external communications maintain a consistent and professional image and messaging.
• Manage and supervise team members to ensure alignment with the brand’s objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, KOLs, and influencers.
• Develop content for PR purposes and monitor all PR activities.
• Oversee media and influencer partnerships and collaborations, ensuring alignment with the brand’s image and messaging.
• Create and design content guidelines and media requirements for media, KOLs, and influencers efficiently.
• Organize PR events and oversee KOL/Influencer activities.
• Analyze KOL and influencer performance to ensure targets are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Creative and Social Media, to achieve campaign goals.
• Manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including budgeting, timeline management, and performance analysis.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or any related field.
• Strong creativity, analytical skills, and significant marketing and PR experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Good computer skills.
• Positive attitude, good team player, fast learner, and flexibility.
• Ready to be hands-on with a sense of ownership and pride in performance.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools is a plus.
