The Demand and Supply Planner is responsible for procurement planning, demand forecasting, and inventory management to align with the company's strategy and market needs.

Kewajiban

• To conduct procurement planning and management, allocate resources, delegate tasks, and ensure alignment with the company’s strategy.
• Analyze sales trends and market data to develop accurate demand forecasts.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to gather input and align on forecast assumptions.
• To source new suppliers, compare prices, and negotiate procurement terms and conditions in accordance with company policy.
• To oversee product tracking and verify the accuracy of ordered products in the field.
• To Creates PR/POs, monitor product tracking from suppliers, and evaluate suppliers’ productivity to ensure on-time delivery.
• To develop strategies for product demand and supply planning to effectively meet market needs and optimize inventory levels.
• To implement cost control measures to manage and reduce expenses related to procurement activities.
• To plan and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
• To monitor team tasks to ensure timely deliverables.
• To perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management team.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement management or product analyst.
• Highly proficient in English communication skills.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change, with the ability to promptly adapt and respond to changes.
• Strong team management and negotiation skills.
• Knowledgeable in procurement systems and management.
• Excellent communication, strong analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Positive thinker and effective team player.
