The Assistant Human Resources Manager is responsible for developing recruitment strategies, managing payroll, overseeing visa applications, and ensuring effective employee experience processes. This role also involves providing HR guidance, handling day-to-day operations, identifying training needs, analyzing trends, and supervising administrative tasks.
Kewajiban
• Develop recruitment strategies and selection process to enhance key position.
• Manage the monthly payroll process including data updates, overtime calculations and payroll report preparation.
• Oversee visa work permit application and renewals.
• Ensure the effectiveness of employee experience processes including compensation and benefits.
• Provide HR guidance on workforce planning and succession planning to line managers.
• Handle day-to-day HR operations including performance management, disciplinary actions and employee engagement.
• Identifies training needs and conduct learning course for business unit.
• Analyze trends or metrics to support corporate goals.
• Preparing various human resources related reports and ensuring staff records are maintained in accordance with company policy.
• Supervise administrative tasks to meet company objectives, ensuring efficiency and compliance with standards.
• Perform other assigned tasks.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Human Resources Management or other related field.
• Minimum 7 year experiences in Human Resource Management, HRBP, Organization Development, preferable in retail or service business or related industries.
• Excellence people management skill.
• Good logical and communication skill.
• Analytical and goal oriented.
