As the Affiliate Manager, you will play a pivotal role in launching, scaling, and enhancing Rabbit Care's affiliate program, responsible for the recruitment, onboarding, and management of affiliates across Thailand and Vietnam.

Kewajiban

• Recruit and Manage Affiliates: Identify and onboard high-potential affiliates (bloggers, influencers, niche websites) to promote Rabbit Care's products.
• Campaign Management: Develop, launch, and manage affiliate marketing campaigns across multiple verticals (e.g., health insurance, car insurance, financial products).
• Performance Monitoring: Use tracking tools to monitor affiliate performance, optimize conversion rates, and generate reports on key KPIs.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, providing support and resources to enhance performance.
• Platform Management: Oversee the implementation and enhancement of the affiliate platform (e.g., Everflow) and ensure smooth integration with Rabbit Care’s CareOS system.
• Compliance and Risk: Ensure affiliate activities are compliant with Rabbit Care's policies and industry regulations. Monitor for fraud or abuse of the system.

Kualifikasi

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or partnerships, with a proven track record of managing and scaling affiliate programs.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with affiliate platforms (e.g., Everflow, HasOffers) and experience with tracking codes, campaign optimization, and data analysis.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze affiliate performance data, track KPIs, and make informed decisions to improve campaigns.
