The Senior Sales Executive (Venue) will be responsible for selling venue spaces at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, generating sales revenue, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Kewajiban

• Selling Venue (Event, Meeting Room, Catering, etc) for Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.
• Be a part of sales team to generate sales revenue and new customers in order to achieve company’s sales target Maintaining relationship with customers.
• Establishing sales objectives, forecasting and developing annual sales strategies.
• Establishing and adjusting selling prices by monitoring costs, competition and supply and demand.
• Managing sales operations by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
• Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by establishing personal networks and participating with professional bodies.
• Analyzing current market trends as well as future trends.
• Excellent in managing sales milestones.
• Accountable on review and submitting regularly sales report to direct supervisor.
• Performing all sales activities and related tasks as assigned.

Kualifikasi

• At least 3-5 years experience in Sales (hospitality, hotel, event, or conference project).
• Good command in Thai & English communications.
• Good presentation and Negotiation skill.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and e-mail.
• Having own car and driving license.
