Detail posisi

The Project Manager (Exhibition) will be responsible for overseeing and managing event projects from start to finish, including budgeting, sales tasks, and team leadership. They will work closely with internal teams and clients to promote services and products at various events both locally and internationally.

Kewajiban

• Take charge of the project assigned by Project Manager from the beginning to the end.
• Project budget, Perform sales task and supervise, manage & lead sales team to successfully achieve the business objective and goal.
• Work closely with internal team to promote service/ products to related client companies to attend Event/ Exhibition/ Roadshow/Trade Show both in Thailand and overseas.
• Able to deliver sales and marketing strategy to meet sales target of event projects.
• Collaborate with all concerned departments and customers to facilitate event projects both local and international.
• Negotiate with organizers and exhibitors in any related matters.
• Approach customers by telephone call, email or sales visit to discuss on project management and requirements for event or party launching.
• Present event concept to customers and ensure customers’ satisfaction.
• Maintain good relationship with customers and establish new business prospects.
• Develop new sales techniques to increase sales volume.
• Other tasks assigned by superior.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any related fields.
• At least 5-7 years of direct experience in sales specialized in event/exhibition/trade show service industry.
• Knowledgeable in Social Media/ Digital Channels.
• Strong leadership skill, able to provide necessary guidance and consultation to sales team members.
• Service minded, dynamic with high level of initiative and creativity, able to work under pressure.
• Good command of English both verbal and written.
• Good interpersonal and coordinating skills.
• Highly responsible, patient and able to meet with strict deadlines.
• Able to travel upcountry/ abroad.
• Having own car and License.
• B2B exhibition sales experience advantageous.
