Responsible for delivering exceptional results, and maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. Serving as a primary point of contact for key customers, guaranteeing that customer expectations are exceeded. Communicating effectively and building strong relationships will play a crucial role in upholding the organization’s reputation. Lead and manage an integrated project team (IPT), such as production planning, operation, and engineering team. Collaboration, ensuring that each of the team members contributes their best to achieve project success and customer satisfaction. Lead to foster a culture of teamwork and excellence to move the team forward to meet the organization’s goals.
Kewajiban
• Be a team player, supporting and leading the Integrated project team.
• Track and manage assigned projects (risks, impediments, and dependencies)
• Ensure projects are managed to allocate budget, time, and quality; ensure delivery of the intended benefits.
• Be the centre of communication between internal teams and the customers. Deliver concise information and build and maintain good relationships.
• Schedule and facilitate important meetings to meet business continuity.
• Drive good working culture across the team and be a role model in all aspects.
• Use necessary project management tools (Microsoft Project or Microsoft Excel or other tools) to plan and identify actionable and measurable project plans.
• Manage the customer orders/Backlog.
• Act as a nominated site by knowing the important roles and responsibilities of the safety officer management level and complying with the law. Learn how to plan to prevent accidents at work to create safety in the organization.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering
• Having PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent will be an advantage
• Experiences in Sales management skills if possible.
• Operational experience in Aerospace / Composites industry preferred.
• At least 5 years' in NPI experience and Project Management in Construction, Infrastructure or Machine installation
• Effective problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Must have superior customer service skills.
• Fluent in English
• Able to work at AMATA CITY Rayong.
