The IT SyteLine Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining the company's SyteLine ERP modules, developing projects, and supporting integration with other ERP systems.

Kewajiban

• To understand, manage and maintain company SyteLine ERP modules
• To development projects to include new reports, modification of existing reports, and new add-on functionality
• Support other program related/integration ERP system
• Perform system administration functions for Infor SyteLine
• Coordinate with clients in projects and do hands-on works in business process and system designs, configuration and implementation of Infor ERP SyteLine Solutions
• Resolving problem and give the suggestion to user and find the preventive method
• Training ERP internal course to user and new comer (New operation / Basics Knowledge)
• To be involved in SOX “IT management” Process, understand good internal control and ensure all department activities complied with the corporate policy and relating rule and regulation
• To be a part to develop Annual Budget, Long Range Plan and Forecast, manage and ensure own department meet agreed target.
• To be a part to improve work efficiency and productivity and, initiate cost saving and cost reduction(with IT skill tools, technic or technology)
• Voice out any issues or problems with root cause analysis and corrective action on a timely basis.
• Ad-hoc assignment that make IT Manager meets his/her roles & expectations.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of working experience.
• Good knowledge in SyteLine ERP system, and knowledge of Production and Planning module is an advantage.
• Experience in SyteLine Design & Programing reporting tools by VB6, Crystal Report, Cognos and MS.SQL.
• Familiar with the US manufacturing environment and knowledgeable about SOX compliance.
• Possess strong communication skills.
• Demonstrates strong technical skills and the ability to apply them in a business/commercial context.
• Capable of working independently, self-motivated, with a good service mindset, detail-oriented, and organized.
• Mature and a good team player who enjoys working hard, can handle multiple tasks, learns quickly, and operates with a sense of urgency.
• Proficient in English.
• Willing to work at AMATA CITY Rayong.
