Overall in charge of Maintenance & Facility activities. Develop and execute all Maintenance & Facility best practices and personal technical development to improve existing machinery service life to achieve agreed equipment reliability objective. Well know the condition of Machinery & Facility & Utility equipment. Together with addressing/fix the problems to ensure maximum operating efficiency and reliability of all Machinery & Facility & Utility equipment.

Kewajiban

• Manage all preventive maintenance tasks of Maintenance and Utilities with high quality to ensure all PM tasks are completed within the month.
• Tracking of defects found by PM inspection and creating MO for repair until the job is completed.
• Manage machine breakdown maintenance for utilities and try as much as possible to reduce equipment unplanned failure.
• Improve preventive and Predictive maintenance tasks to ensure all tasks are effective.
• Lead, train and motivate the subordinates to provide proper preventive maintenance.
• Proactive and continuous improvement work.
• Initiate and improve machines to prevent and reduce number of the machine breakdowns.
• Manage and control tools, spare parts and consumables for maintenance activities.
• Maintain and Improve workplace in working area, machinery and equipment always good conditions.
• Participate and support cost reductions, continuous improvement activities, HSE, Workplace (5S) and Quality.
• Shutdown and turnaround.
• Planning machine shutdown and start up new machines / equipment in the plant and supervise contractor to do works to meet production requirement and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with relevant parties during the shutdown to minimize impact on operations.
• Management Systems.
• Manage and Lead promote energy saving program for the factory and meet the basic requirement of Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency.
• Budget planning and expenditure control including clarifying gap analysis.
• Other assignment based on task.
• Legal and Compliance.
• Manage all Legal requirements related to ensure all are compiled.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years experience in Maintenance & Facility function with strengths in PM schedules and maintenance activities.
• Good understanding of engineering drawings and principles.
• Strong problem solving, analytical skill, and service mind.
• Strong trouble shooting and good knowledge in CNC, PLC.
• Having Senior - Personal Responsible for Energy (PRE) is preferable.
• Proficient with ISO-14001, ISO-45001 and ISO-50001.
• Good command of English.
• Able to work at AMATA CITY Rayong.
