The Calibration Technician is responsible for ensuring that all equipment and measurement devices are controlled and calibrated as required, performing in-house calibration, and supporting other works as needed.

Kewajiban

• Responsible to ensure all equipment and measurement devices have been controlled and calibrated as required as per AS9100, Nadcap and customer requirement.
• Ensuring compliance to customer and industrial standard requirements.
• Work with buyer on procurement of measurement and inspection devices.
• Control inventory of measurement devices.
• Set schedule of calibration and verification.
• Perform in-house calibration.
• Recall measurement and inspection device for calibration.
• Review calibration result in accordance with the acceptance criteria of each device particularly.
• Contact and select outside service providers for calibration service.
• Maintain calibration and verification record.

Kualifikasi

• Diploma in Instrument or Electrical or Bachelor’s Degree or experienced in related field.
• 3 years in Instrumentation & Analyzer.
• Advance knowledge and familiar with measuring equipment and inspection tools and familiar with industry mechanical and chemical tests.
• Moderate understanding of Geometric Dimension and Tolerance.
• Ability to communicate well with others and teach.
• Understand AS9100 and NADCAP requirement.
