• Hygiene managers are safety and health professionals who inspect and supervise workplaces to ensure that workers and the public are protected from dangerous or unsafe conditions.
• They may inspect work spaces and machinery to verify that it is safe, and study the effects that business have on the surrounding environment.
• Hygiene managers may make recommendations about how companies might operate in a safer manner, and often work for government agencies, enforcing regulations.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor of Food Science.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years Hygiene Manager experience preferably in four or five star hotel.
• Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards.
• HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point).
• Responsible, a self-starter, capable of handling multi-faceted projects and of working under pressure.
• Good communication & guest relation’s skills, a proactive problem solver.
• Good management skills.
• Ability to train culinary and service team on hygiene standards.
