The Chief Accountant at Pullman Pattaya Hotel G will support the Financial Controller in managing daily accounting operations and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial records.

Kewajiban

• Support the Financial Controller in managing and supervising daily accounting operations.
• Knowledge of Income audit, Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, Cost control, Forecasting and Internal controls.
• Guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to generally accepted accounting principles of all financial records and reports.
• Perform bank reconciliation and month-end reconciliation of all general ledger balances and prepare the trial balance and financial reports.
• Generate cash flow analyses, annual operating and capital budgets, and any required analytical reports.
• Ensure prompt and accurate filing and payment of all federal, state, taxes, licenses, and permits.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 year of pertinent experience in a similar role.
• Dynamic personality with proven leadership skills to develop and motivate a strong team.
• Familiarity with Opera, Sun and PMS system and on Cloud platform.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of Finance & Accounting principles and Taxation.
• Moderate proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
