Detail posisi

The position of Researcher (Process Technology) involves initiating and executing R&D and innovation projects, collaborating with customers and external partners to meet their needs and enhance product offerings, while maintaining relationships and ensuring successful outcomes.

Kewajiban

• With Platform, initiate develop R&D and innovation interactions with customers to understand, serve customer needs, and create new values
• Initiate, execute research on research and development projects with closely advice from senior researcher
• Jointly enhance existing and new products on customer and market requirement which aligned to corporate’s direction
• Explore new ideas that can potentially lead to R&D and innovation projects which boost revenue/EBITDA
• Perform scouting and literature review on own behalf
• Suggest/propose potential external partners to I-IS and involve in selection process
• Work with identified external partners to deliver desired outcomes
• Maintain relationship with external partners to deliver research outcomes within the committed timeline as needed
• Extend and maintain scientific networks
• Execute R&D and innovation projects
• Ensure proper execution of research projects individually
• Collaborate with BUs to identify/validate potentials to convert to revenues/EBITDA
• Execute R&D and innovation projects
• Collaborate with Platform and customers to test, validate, and finalize product/processes to convert to revenues/EBITDA
• Execute technical contents and provide technical resources in collaboration with platform to ensure success of new product/process in commercialization phase to deliver new/additional Revenue/EBITDA
• Provide advice on technology or technical knowledge to internal and external stakeholders
• Coach research assistant as needed
• Provide guidance, coaching and advisory to research assistants (for all job levels)
• Collaborate with relevant parties to maintain and improve R&D and Innovation performance in DJSI according to PTTGC's strategy
• Produce contents for knowledge management with BUs (if relevant)
• Support the work process aligned with corporate process

Kualifikasi

• Ideally Ph.D. or MSc/ Meng B.E./B.Sc for Scale-up/Process tech and Processing Technology
• 0-5 years, open for new graduation
• if no experience require Mater degree at least
• special consideration if have experience on rotomolding application
