The Commercial Governance Analyst is responsible for developing and managing marketing policies, governing and evaluating marketing and sales performance, ensuring compliance with company regulations, and coordinating with government affairs.

Kewajiban

• Develop and manage marketing policy to ensure alignment and standardization of practices across Base and intermediates chemical business
• Collaborate with Base and intermediates chemical business in developing standard process to ensure governance best practice
• Standardize ethic and practice and establish criteria and guideline to achieve marketing policy
• Govern, monitor and evaluate the marketing and sales performance across Base and intermediates chemical business
• Develop Performance Management Monitoring System
• Govern and monitor performance in the area of Pricing Excellence to be in line with the policy and the determined business plan
• Monitor and analyze actual pricing against target by monthly and yearly basis.
• Monitor actual Base and intermediates chemical sales premium/discount comparing with monthly plan and rolling plan
• Evaluate and provide suggestion for performance of actual selling price comparing to frame price
• Deploy and be compliant with company’s rules, regulations, policies and related standard procedures
• Deploy company’s rules, regulations, policies and related standard procedures to marketing policy management subordinates
• Perform and follow up any assignment from management
• Being or manage human resources to be representative/coordinator for any projects, etc.
• Co-ordinate with government affair
• Co-ordinate with government affair in relation to GC’s business operation and generate government report and consent waiver request to comply with government policy including consultancy to other teams

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Marketing, MBA, Economics are preferable
• At least 5 years of experiences in Marketing, Sale or commercial roles within petrochemical industry and marketing policy management
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, pricing strategies, and commercial operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Have knowledge of product pricing and trading is required, along with a strong commercial drive
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) and database management systems.
