The Senior Account Executive is responsible for managing billing and collections, optimizing sales and billing processes, and leading a team to enhance customer database systems and data analysis for business prioritization.

Kewajiban

• Manage Billing and Dunning Port: Oversee the entire billing and collections process, ensuring timeliness and accuracy. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of billing and coordinate with clients to resolve any payment issues. Respond to billing inquiries and resolve billing issues as needed.
• Optimize Sales and Billing Processes: Identify, develop, and implement process improvements to streamline sales and billing workflows. Leverage automation tools and best practices to reduce manual efforts, minimize errors, and increase process efficiency.
• Develop and Maintain Customer Database Systems: Design and manage comprehensive customer databases using advanced software tools to track sales, billing, and customer interactions. Utilize data analytics to identify trends and develop strategies that enhance sales efficiency and optimize the customer billing process.
• Data Analysis for Business Prioritization: Analyze sales and billing data to generate actionable insights that help prioritize business opportunities and drive revenue growth. Utilize data visualization tools to present findings to key stakeholders and ensure data-driven decision-making processes.
• Prepare Analytical Reports: Create detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and sales teams. The reports should provide insights into sales performance, billing trends, revenue forecasting, and client retention, tailored to meet the specific needs of different business units.
• Team Leadership and Training: Lead and mentor a team of billing specialists, providing guidance on best practices and ensuring high performance. Develop training programs to upskill team members in using data analytics tools and software relevant to sales and billing processes. Identify and utilize the resources to support the team and facilitate the billing process.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with IT, sales, and finance departments to align sales strategies with billing practices, ensuring seamless integration of systems and processes. Provide insights to the product team for potential system enhancements that can improve customer satisfaction and billing accuracy.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer, IT or other related fields (GPA Not less than 2.75 for IT, Computer Science, MIS or Computer Engineer, IT Engineer, or Engineering, GPA Not less than 2.5 / Other related field Not less than 3.00)
• At least 3-5 years of experience in sales or a similar role within the IT or technology sector.
• Knowledge of data analysis tools and software such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and billing software is an advantage.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
• Capable of identifying process improvements and implementing automation tools to enhance efficiency.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically to support business objectives and able to think critically and find creative solutions.
