Kewajiban
• Manage application support and consult S/W & application functions and features.
• Response and solve application incident, request and issues.
• Perform as a lead and manager team to fix problem, root cause analysis and improvement solution.
• Provide information relate to S/W & application.
• Cooperate with vendors and other teams to ensure applications are met operational need.
• Create and update related document and troubleshooting.
• Other assignments from team lead.
Kualifikasi
• The individual will need to have strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization.
• Able to come into a company and hit the ground running.
• Needs to be pro-active, flexible with a can-do attitude. Long hours could be required from time to time.
• Ability to challenge and strong analytical skills.
• Attention to detail, in checking and challenging information provided.
• incident management skill and Development skill (special consideration) (SQL, .NET).
