Detail posisi

The Deputy Project Manager (Control) will support the Project Manager in various routine tasks, monitor project progress, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.

Kewajiban

• Support PM for project routine tasks (Timeline, KurvaS, Cashflow, Manpower Planner)
• Generate Weekly Report from Pararel Project (Ongoing, Upcoming, Retention)
• Monitor and Control Project Progres and cost
• Update and Supervision for Project Invoicing
• Work cooperatively with co-workers, clients, and vendors.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, Engineering Physics or Management from reputable university
• Minimum 3 years of related work experience
• Field Experience is a must
• Must have participated in Supervision all phase of Survey, Engineering, Procurement, Installation, and Commissioning
• Team leading / managerial experience is a must, minimal 2 years with 2 or more subordinates
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Plus Point if you:
• Living near BSD Tangerang
• Graduated from Top Universities.
• Have experience in SCADA/Substation Projects.
• Familiar with SCADA devices (Modem, RTU, Rectifier, Relay Protection. Power Meter, Inverter
• Preferred trait:
• Good communication, planning and time management skills
• Able to work under minimum supervision and proactive
• Excellent planning and organizing skill
