The HRGA Manager is responsible for overseeing human resources and general affairs, ensuring effective management and compliance with legal practices.

Kewajiban

• Carrying out maintenance of Delivery Vehicles (Trucks) & Operations

Kualifikasi

• Minimum education Bachelor's Degree in Law, Psychology and Human Resources Management
• Have a minimum of 5 years working experience as an HRGA manager
• Comprehensive knowledge of HR, GA, IR, payroll, training development, legal practices and HR strategy
• Good negotiation, interpersonal and personal approaching skill
• Good leadership, honest, and trustworthy, detail-oriented, and possess cultural awareness and sensitivity
• Fluent in English and upper intermediate in Mandarin
• Placement: Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur
