Detail posisi

The Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for designing quality inspection procedures, coordinating quality control activities, ensuring the implementation of correct procedures and guidelines related to quality, and developing and maintaining quality systems. The role also involves overseeing inspectors, technicians, and other Quality Control staff, ensuring the quality and consistency of production outcomes, and taking immediate action in case of product failures.

Kewajiban

• Design quality inspection procedures
• Design flow of quality issue reporting
• Coordinate the implementation of Quality Control in line with Company Quality objectives
• Coordinate the application of correct procedures and guidelines related to Quality in the Factory
• Develop, enhance, and maintain quality systems
• Ensure the quality of incoming materials
• Supervise, guide, and collaborate with inspectors, technicians, and other Quality Control staff
• Understand desired specifications and standards for production outcomes
• Ensure the quality and consistency of production outcomes
• Take immediate action upon finding failed products
• Collect and record daily quality data
• Offer proactive solutions based on analysis of collected quality data

Kualifikasi

• Minimum D3/S1 degree in Chemistry or related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a QC Supervisor/Team Leader
• Knowledge of QC systems, sampling methods, implementation of quality control, ISO 9001, TQM, Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, CAPA, GKM, 5S/5R
• Proficient in computer skills (at least Ms Office)
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Sensitivity and attention to detail
• Willing to be placed in North Jakarta
• Willing to work from Monday to Saturday
