Bina Bangsa School is a young, growing and vibrant school. Established in 2001, Bina Bangsa School has quickly distinguished itself for its academic excellence. In BBS, students undergo a rigorous programme modelled after the Singapore curriculum. BBS provides quality education to students ranging from Pre-School to Junior College levels. Kewajiban
• Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department.
• Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
• Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
• Handles discipline, investigation and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
• Recruit and Onboard new hires.
• Conduct performance management and provide feedback.
• Manage Payroll and benefits for employees.
• Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
• Maintains compliance with Indonesian employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years' experience in Human Resources.
• Working knowledge of HR functions and application Indonesian Employment laws.
• Strong organisational, critical thinking and communications skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
