The Recruitment Executive will focus on identifying and attracting high-potential candidates within the fashion retail industry, utilizing various sourcing methods and maintaining a strong network of industry contacts.

Kewajiban

• Identify and target high-potential candidates within the fashion retail industry through proactive headhunting and networking.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, industry events, fashion networks, and recruitment platforms, to build a strong pipeline of candidates.
• Maintain and expand a network of contacts within the fashion retail industry, including designers, merchandisers, buyers, and other key roles.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
• Analyze industry trends and candidate profiles to ensure a strong match with the company's specific needs.
• Provide detailed candidate profiles and recommendations to hiring managers.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum 5 years solid experiences in recruitment field.
• Background from retail company is a must.
• Strong in sourcing skills (headhunting & networking)
• Persistence, with good initiative and excellent interpersonal skill
• Fluent in English & Computer Literate
• Willing to be placed at Lippo Karawaci
