The Research & Development Engineer is responsible for designing new products, coordinating trials, and supporting cost reduction initiatives while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Kewajiban
• Design new or re-formulate existing products.
• Coordinate & Follow-up of trials to support new development products in lab scale & in production trials.
• Supporting cost reduction initiatives and process improvements.
• Identification of opportunities for continuous process improvement.
• Creating monthly activities report.
• Reporting Trial Result / Result of Analysis.
Kualifikasi
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemicals Engineering or equivalent.
• Possess knowledge in Research and Development (Chemical Engineer) as advantage.
• Excellent Analytical Thinking, Math Skills, Creativity, Problem Solving, & Decision Making Skill is required for this position.
• Proficiency in English & Ms. Office.
• Organize & keen to detail.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants with excellent academic record are welcome to apply.
• Willing to be placed in Balaraja, Tangerang.
