The Regional Head (East & North Office) is responsible for developing and implementing regional business strategies to achieve company objectives while driving sales performance and fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
Kewajiban
• Develop and implement regional business strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Align regional operations with overall company goals and policies.
• Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets across the region.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Foster relationships with dealerships, distributors, and other partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Provide regular reports and insights to HMID management.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of regional market dynamics, trends, and competition.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial management, strategic planning, and performance analysis.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Willing to be placed in Surabaya.
