Kewajiban
• Develop Strategy and market visibility study National wide for expand Hyundai Dealer Network
• Find and evaluate new dealer candidate Hyundai dealer network proposal National wide.
• Process and evaluate renovation and relocation Dealer facility National wide.
• Coordinate with agency, building consultant for process new dealer, renovation or relocation Dealer facility.
• Coordinate with agency and building consultant for implement Hyundai Global
• Dealership Standardization Identity (GDSI) at dealer facility
• Monitor dealer agreement process and supporting documents; start from apponted letter-prelimenary agreement-dealer agreement
• Monitor dealer facility by dealer audit facility follow the schedule to ensure all dealer operate with standard dealer facility follow GDSI
• Develop Hyundai facility standard guidance (GDSI) and Dealer Experience Standard (DEP)
• Implement GDSI and DEP standard to National Hyundai Dealer
• Make a monthly report of all activities and the performance of section Dealer Network
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor Degree or above of any mayor
• Minimum 10 years of Experience in Dealer Network and Automotive Industry
• Strong understanding of the dealer network, dealership operations, and automotive industry
• Excellent communication, problem solving and negotiation skills.
