General Manager Sales for IT Distribution is responsible for managing a Business Unit with various products including Barcode, RFID, AIDC, Handy Talky, and POS Cash Register Machine & Peripheral, overseeing sales and marketing activities to achieve corporate revenue goals, and maintaining relations with Partners, End Users, and Principles to maximize sales opportunities.

Kewajiban

• Responsible for managing Business Unit with various products including : Barcode, RFID, AIDC, Handy Talky, POS Cash Register Machine & Peripheral.
• Oversee sales and marketing activities to achieve corporate revenue goals.
• Maintain relations with Partners, End Users and Principles and maximizing sales opportunities within them (Distribution Retail & Project).
• Leading and guiding Direct and Indirect Sales Business Channel to meet and achieve the company's sales objectives efficiently and effectively.
• Develop sales strategy and targets and ensure excellence in executions and implementation for business growth and profitability.
• Plan and assign daily workload to sales team.
• Evaluate performance of sales team and provide appropriate feedback.
• Accompanying the team in meeting, presentation, visiting, negotiating, dealing and selling to Partners, End Users and Principles is a must.
• Create project, tandem with Partners / Principle or directly search End User and or assign to Partners.
• Generate, create, develop and manage the 'Principle & Project / Retail Partners' (Consultant, System Integrator, IT Consultant, Dealer, Reseller and End User).
• Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas.
• Projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing / new partners / end users (Consultant, Contractor, System Integrator, IT Consultant, Dealer, Reseller and End User).
• Represent company brand in sales conferences and trade shows.
• Present a quarterly and monthly plan for the department to internal (Management) and external (Principle).
• Reaching the Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Sales Profit Goals.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) or similar.
• Must attach the recent photograph in this position.
• Have own a vehicle (Motor / Car) and Laptop is a must.
• Having experienced minimum 5 years in Manager Sales & Marketing in IT Distribution Company (Distribution Retail & Project) is a must.
• Able to communicate in English both oral and written is a must (Active) and Mandarin is our priority.
• Able to drink and entertain customer and principle is a must.
• Keep update with Technology Trend (Software, Hardware, Solution & Services).
• Computer skill is a must (MS office, MS outlook, Internet, etc).
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, aggressively sales goal oriented focus, communication skills.
• Can be trusted, discipline, fast learner, high accurate and able to work under pressure & work independently as well as in a team and self motivated.
• Willing to work in west Jakarta - Meruya/ Puri area (Head Office) and ready to outside jabodetabek for business trip (road show) or create project or open new market.
