Kewajiban
• Process tickets and manage customer inquiries efficiently.
• Handle all inbound communication channels, including WhatsApp, calls, KakaoTalk, and email.
• Manage outbound communication efforts to reach customers as needed.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality.
• Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company guidelines.
• Monitor ongoing cases and escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
Kualifikasi
• Minimum requirement: Diploma degree; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience with a strong understanding of call center operations or customer service.
• Excellent multitasking abilities and communication skills.
• Strong personality with great attention to detail.
